 My practice is centered in beautiful downtown Whitefish, in the heart of the majestic
Northern Rockies. 
​I focus on integrating the therapeutic tools of Ayurveda,
​Thai bodywork & medicine, yoga, massage,
reiki and meditation.

I work in a collective wellness space shared by acupuncturists, massage therapists and other skilled healers. Together we create a supportive healing environment for our clients.​
