Spring Retreat: A Mindfulness Meditation & Yoga Retreat in the Art of Presence
Please join us at the beautiful Boulder Hot Springs Hotel in Boulder Hot Springs (near Helena Montana) for a meaningful Easter Weekend Retreat. Enjoy nourishing daily yoga and mindfulness meditation sessions, delicious food, good company, and unlimited soaking in the natural healing waters. BHS is known as the "Grandmother of all Montana Hot Springs" because the springs are hotter and stronger than any in the state. Please know it is an alcohol and smoke free environment and there are no TV's or phones in the room to promote a truly restful stay.
Your hosts, Michelle and Nancy, have taught together for a few several years weaving together the healing practices of yoga and mindfulness meditation. We share a common language in our teaching style that compliments one another. We will be guiding you through these age old practices back to your breath, back to your body, and ultimately back to you True Self.
The nourishing and supportive yoga will be lead by Nancy Ellis. Nancy received her yoga training through Bodhi Yoga International, a Mindfulness based yoga training focusing on meditation, breath and loving kindness. Nancy has been practicing yoga since 1995 and teaching since 2012, she also a licensed Massage Therapist, Thai Massage Bodyworker, Ayurvedic Practitioner and Vedic Astrologer.
The meditation practices will be guided by Michelle Richards. Michelle has taught Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction for over a decade and completed a 2 year Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Training with Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach in 2019. Michelle is also a licensed Massage Therapist and certified Life Coach. Both ladies have been on several Vipassana, silent meditation retreats.
Yoga is for all levels and no experience is needed for meditation.
The retreat begins Friday April 10th at 5pm (check in is anytime after noon and will end on Sunday April 12th after lunch.
Price of the retreat workshop is $250 PLUS+ meals and lodging (meditation practices, mindful yoga 6 meals, lodging, and unlimited soaking)
Purchase the workshop retreat fee, $250 online here, this does NOT include your lodging and meals.

A variety a room options are available such as (per person rates) Double Occupancy Guest Room $180, Double Occupancy Bed and Bath Room $200, Single Occupancy Guest Room $220,Single occupancy Bed and Bath room $260. These prices for the rooms , include the meals. Please Book, reserve and purchase your room of choice at Boulder Hot springs website. Bed and Bath rooms are more spacious and have a private half or full bathroom. Guest rooms have a shared bath in the hall. These rates includes the meals.
