My intention is to provide the highest quality holistic care and guidance to individuals seeking vibrant health and wellness. Integrating the healing tools of Ayurveda, Thai bodywork & medicine, yoga, massage, and meditation, we begin a journey together bringing you back into harmony with your true nature. Educating the community about yoga, Ayurveda and therapeutic bodywork is my passion.
In addition to my private practice in beautiful downtown Whitefish, Montana, I also offer community meditations, educational workshops and weekly yoga classes in the Flathead Valley.

Bodywork & Massage
I am Licensed Massage Therapist trained in Thai massage & medicine, neuromuscular therapy, deep tissue and Swedish massage. I have a holistic approach to bodywork, and honor the client’s specific needs in treatment.
I'm certified and trained in Thai bodywork with Jennifer Vanderburg of Montana Thai Therapeutics through the highly esteemed Naga Center of Portland, Oregon. www.nagacenter.org/ Internationally I have trained in Thailand under Mama Lek(rest in peace) in Chiang Mai and the Pai Traditional Thai Massage School. A therapeutic Thai bodywork session involves opening the channels of the body(wind gates) through Sen line work, increasing circulation with deep compression of the tissues, coaxing length into the body through traction of the limbs and range of motion movements to lubricate the joints. This meditative style of bodywork is both calming and energizing.
Depending on your needs, your therapeutic bodywork session may include hot herbal compresses, gua sha, tuning forks and medicinal liniments or balms. I use only the highest quality Ayurvedic herbal oils for massage and Florecopia essential oils.
Yoga
30 years ago I found myself in Berkeley, CA stepping onto the yoga mat and into a diverse world of so much more! It was the foundation of yoga practice, that led me to study many ancient traditions of medicine, movement and meditation. I received my 200 YTT from Bhodi Yoga International, in Valencia, Spain www.bodhiyoga.es/ focused on a weaving of traditional Buddhist teachings, mindfulness, metta (loving kindness), pranayam and classical hatha asana. My yoga classes are thoughtfully planned and sequenced according to the season, time of day and doshic nature of the students with focus on the breath, fluid movement and mindful alignment. Ayurveda
I am a Certified Ayurvedic Practitioner and have been practicing for over a decade. I graduated in 2005 from the Ayurvedic Academy of Seattle (now Kerala Ayurveda), and continued with the International Academy of Ayurveda in Pune, India, acquiring over 800 hours in Ayurvedic training. I often teach the Ayurvedic curriculum of yoga teacher training programs in Oregon and Montana.
My approach to healthcare is one of practicality, where ancient wisdom meets a modern world. Diet and nutrition based on the individual's constitution according to the 5 elements, a custom tailored daily routine, herbal recommendations, yoga practices, meditation, pranayam and supportive lifestyle guidance are all part of an in-depth Ayurvedic consultation.
Vedic Astrology
Nancy began her fascination and in depth studies of Vedic Astrology in 2005.
She has been reading charts since that time and has always woven them into her Ayurvedic consultations. Her readings are warm, wise and deeply insightful. She offers practical guidance to work with the strengths and weaknesses of a chart and illuminates your dharmic path. She has also taken numerous classes with with Dr. David Frawley, James Kelleher, Komilla Sutton, James Braha, Dennis Harness, Dr Raj Balkaran, Ronnie Dreyer, Eve Mendoza and Mas Vidal. Nancy is co-founder of a
2 year long Medical Astrology global research project, assessing hundreds of charts in regards to physical and mental ailments. Nancy offers in person Vedic Astrology Courses, teaching the fundamentals and how to read your own chart.
