Initial Private Meditation Session- 1 hour
Private meditation session Introductory session is 1 hour. You will learn basics for setting the foundation for a meditation practice. Props and posture to settle into the body, mindful and yogic breath techniques, concentration skills and cultivating deep awareness and stillness.
This first session to also understand your needs and goals of establishing a steady meditation practice.
These sessions are available only on Sundays, Mondays and Wednesdays.
